  • I believe there are no small problems in therapy. My priority as a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee is to create a space alongside my clients to explore what feels most important to them. I approach therapy from a feminist, narrative and attachment-based perspective, and strive to maintain a collaborative, curious and compassionate stance.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families– identity exploration, trauma, grief, relationship and intimacy concerns, and life transitions. I believe that healing unfolds as people deepen their understanding of themselves, their values, their relationships and the stories that shape their lives.

I am deeply interested in questions of agency, influence, and how people make meaning within relational and cultural contexts. I am currently completing training in EMDR and will begin doctoral studies in Marriage and Family Therapy next year. These interests continue to shape both my clinical and academic work.

Prior to entering the therapy field, I spent many years working in advocacy, youth development, and community-based settings. As a confidential sexual violence advocate, I supported survivors through medical, legal, and social systems while centering empowerment, informed choice, and emotional safety. These experiences continue to inform my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that is affirming, holistic, culturally responsive, and grounded in social justice.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy long runs with my dog, strength-training, raising exotic animals, oil painting, writing, reading, and playing video games. I value time with my loved ones and spend as much time in nature as possible.
