Ryan is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) trainee who brings a collaborative, grounded, systemic, and relational approach to his work with individuals, couples, and families. He is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, respected, and able to explore their experiences with openness and curiosity.
Ryan has completed foundational training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and draws on these modalities to support clients as they navigate a wide range of relational, emotional, and life challenges. He also has a strong interest in helping clients make sense of their lived experiences.
Before entering the mental health field, Ryan spent over 15 years working in hospitality and management roles. This experience shaped his relational approach to therapy and strengthened his understanding of communication, trust, and human connection across diverse contexts. He is passionate about supporting others through periods of change and growth.
Ryan views therapy as a collaborative process rooted in authenticity, reflection, and connection. He works to meet clients where they are while supporting them in moving toward greater clarity, stability, and alignment in their relationships and personal lives.
Outside of the therapy room, Ryan enjoys snowboarding, golf, football, staying active, cooking, trying new restaurants, and playing ukulele.
