Olivia Padilla

  • Olivia Padilla is a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee who brings a collaborative, grounded, and emotionally attuned approach to her work. She operates from a holistic and systemic perspective, integrating a feminist-informed Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework with somatic awareness and mind-body connection. Olivia believes that healing happens not only through insight, but through understanding how our emotional experiences, relationships, and broader social contexts shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.

Olivia is particularly passionate about working with teens, women, couples, and individuals navigating trauma. She is deeply interested in helping clients identify relational patterns, process past experiences, and build more secure, authentic connections. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and empowerment—creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, needs, and identities without judgment. She also values integrating holistic practices, including somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and has a growing interest in EMDR as part of her continued clinical training.

With a background in bartending, Olivia has developed a strong ability to connect with a wide range of people and meet individuals where they are. This experience informs her warm, relational style and her capacity to hold space for diverse perspectives and life experiences.

Olivia views therapy as a shared process—one that honors each client’s voice, lived experience, and inherent capacity for growth. She is committed to fostering a space that feels supportive, genuine, and empowering, where there are no “small” problems and every story is worthy of care and attention.

Outside of the therapy room, Olivia enjoys trying new restaurants with friends and her partner, spending time with her cats, and exploring antique and vintage shops. She values balance, connection, and continued personal growth in her own life as well as in her work.
