Hi, I am Kelsie Engle, a clinical psychologist trainee dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I earned my BA in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from California State University, Sacramento, and am currently working on my PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University. I have developed a passion for working with multicultural communities and addressing systemic factors. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present challenges. I strive to foster healing by integrating evidence-based practices that empower clients to build resilience and regain a sense of control in their lives.
