I am a therapist in training currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health, which laid the foundation for my commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s complex emotional and relational challenges. I look forward to hopefully partnering with you in the future. My therapeutic approach is grounded in narrative, contextual, emotionally focused, and internal family systems (IFS) modalities. These frameworks allow me to work collaboratively with clients in exploring their stories, honoring their relationships, and fostering meaningful change from the inside out. I have a particular passion for working with individuals with disabilities and their families, couples navigating relational dynamics, and those seeking support in the area of sex therapy. As someone living with a disability, I bring not only professional training but also lived experience into the therapy room—offering a compassionate and informed perspective on the barriers society can create, and helping clients navigate those challenges with dignity and resilience. Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and empowering for all.
