  • As a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee, I bring a deep respect for the mind-body connection to my work, grounded in my passion for mindfulness and yoga. I believe healing is most powerful when we approach it holistically—acknowledging both our emotional and physical experiences. My clinical approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Emotions hold the power to create change, especially when we understand how our experiences and need for connection shape our relationships and sense of well-being. Whether individually or with a partner, I’m here to create a safe space where you can explore your feelings, understand your needs, and build stronger, more connected relationships. I'm especially interested in understanding the roles we take on in our lives and how those shape the meaning we make of our experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one where your voice, values, and insight guide the work we do together. I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin therapy. It's not always easy, and I truly appreciate the vulnerability it requires. I'm here to listen to what matters most to you—whether that means working through a difficult experience, navigating a life transition, or having someone to reflect with. I entered this field because I believe therapy is a unique and meaningful way to support others while continuing to grow as a person and a professional. I’m passionate about honoring all kinds of experiences—there are no “small” problems, and everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported.
